PORTLAND, Ore. — Oregon’s longest-serving House speaker, Tina Kotek, recently resigned to focus on a campaign for the open governor’s seat in the 2022 election.
Kotek is one of the most high-profile candidates in the race, which has seen many people join ahead of Tuesday’s filing deadline.
