Footage Reveals Drazan, in Her Own Words, Bragging about NRA Endorsement and Pledging to Sign Abortion Ban
[Portland, OR] – The Tina Kotek campaign has launched a new TV ad featuring Republican Christine Drazan revealing her right-wing agenda, in her own words.
The ad includes video of Drazan bragging about her endorsement from the NRA and pledging to sign an abortion ban. It also highlights the fact that Drazan has welcomed support from election deniers and members of violent militias – proving that she is unwilling to stand up against extremist threats to our democracy.
“Christine Drazan’s so-called ‘new direction’ is really just an attempt to turn Oregon into a red state that is too far-right for most Oregonians,” said Katie Wertheimer, communications director. “On reproductive rights, on the environment, on gun violence prevention, and so many other issues – Christine Drazan is just too right-wing for Oregon.”
